1. Parties
These terms are between Dzairverse Ltd ("the Publisher") and the person or business that obtains a Hanouti licence ("the Customer").
2. Licence
The Publisher grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Hanouti on the number of machines allowed by the purchased plan, for the licence period. The software is licensed, not sold.
3. Restrictions
The Customer may not copy the software except for backups, resell or share licence keys, circumvent licence checks, or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it.
4. Fees and duration
Prices, billing and renewal are agreed in the quotation or contract. Contact the Publisher for a quote.
5. Customer data
The Customer's business data stays on the Customer's own machines. The Customer is responsible for regular backups and for keeping the backup passphrase safe. The Publisher cannot recover an encrypted backup without it.
6. Licence expiry
When a licence expires or is suspended, the software switches to a read-only mode. Data is not deleted.
7. Compliance
Hanouti helps prepare documents and reports. The Customer remains responsible for compliance with tax, accounting and commercial law, including the correct configuration of TVA, stamp duty and numbering. Hanouti is not certified for electronic invoicing.
8. Warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. The Publisher's liability is limited to the fees paid for the current licence period. [To be completed by a lawyer.]
9. Support
Support is provided through the contact channels on the website, as described in the contract.
10. Governing law
[To be defined by a lawyer: governing law and jurisdiction.]
