Licence activation and machines
Activate, move a seat, and what happens offline.
Activate
Open Licence and enter your key (format YTP-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX). The last characters are check digits, so a typo is caught before any network call. The machine then holds a signed licence token that is verified offline.
Machines
Each activated computer or approved browser terminal uses one seat. Your plan sets the limit.

To move a seat to a new computer, deactivate the old machine from the Licence page (owner only), or ask support to reset it.
Offline behaviour
- Normal: everything works. The app renews quietly when it is online.
- Renewal due: everything still works, with a banner asking you to connect.
- After the grace period: read-only mode. You can still sign in, search, export your data and reprint past documents, but not create new sales.
Your data is never deleted or hidden by the licence.
