Stock and inventory counts
Ledger, costing, serials, counts and barcodes.
A ledger, not a counter
Every stock change is an immutable movement (in, out, transfer, adjustment, count). The quantity on hand is rebuilt from the ledger, so it can always be audited.
Costing
Weighted average cost (CUMP) by default. A goods receipt re-averages the cost automatically; margins use the cost at the time of sale.
Negative stock
Choose per shop: block the sale, warn, or allow.
Serial numbers and warranty
Serial/IMEI products are received with their serials and sold one by one. The warranty end date is calculated at sale and printed on the invoice, and you can look up any serial.
Inventory count
Open a count, scan the shelf, review the variance report, then post the adjustments. Counts are recorded in the ledger.
Barcodes
EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, Code 128, Code 39, ITF and QR are supported. Scanners that act as a keyboard work out of the box. Price-embedded (prefix 20) and weight-embedded (prefix 21) EAN-13 are decoded for scale labels.
Bundles and services
Bundles issue their components. Services and digital products do not move stock.
