Numbering

Sequential and gap-free per type and year, for example FA-2026-000123. A number is never reused; a cancelled document keeps its number and is cancelled by a credit note. Prefixes are configurable.

TVA

Rates 19 %, 9 % and 0 %, per line, with a breakdown on each document. Shops under the flat-tax regime (IFU) can invoice without TVA. Amounts are rounded per line, half-up, to the centime. Example: 65 000,00 DA TTC at 19 % gives 54 621,85 HT and 10 378,15 TVA.

Stamp duty (timbre)

Configurable by tranche and applied to the cash part of invoices. It is disabled by default and the sample scale is unverified: enable it only after your accountant confirms the rule that applies to you.

Mandatory mentions

Seller and buyer identity (RC, NIF, NIS, AI), totals HT, TVA, timbre, TTC, amount in words (FR, AR, EN), payment mode, signature area and warranty text.

Immutable and chained

Finalised documents cannot be edited. Each carries a hash linked to the previous one, and an integrity page checks the chain. This is a design that is ready for future electronic invoicing; Hanouti makes no claim of certification with the tax authority.
